Liposuction

The process of liposuction involves the removal of subcutaneous fat in problem areas, which differ between the sexes: In women, these are usually the hips, buttocks (“saddlebags”), the waist and the abdominal region. In men, they are most frequently the abdomen, chest, double chin and neck. In certain places, subcutaneous fat is impossible to remove, even with a combination of physical exercise and healthy diet. The process of liposuction applies fine vibration tubes to remove the subcutaneous fat from the tissue. Once the adipose cells have been removed, the body cannot reform them.

Liposuction

Liposuction is one of the most common procedures in plastic-aesthetic surgery. Removal of adipose tissue by means of liposuction is performed in female as well as male patients. It is used to improve the appearance of problem areas, such as abdomen, buttocks, thighs (inside and outside), waist, back, calves, knees, ankles or neck (double chin). Subcutaneous fat located there can be removed by means of liposuction.
